How long does the search process take?
Most searches take between three and six weeks from kick-off to offer. The focus is on quality and fit, not speed for the sake of it. You’ll always know exactly where we are in the process through structured updates and transparent reporting.
What if the hire doesn’t work out?
Recruitment doesn’t end when someone starts; it ends when they succeed. That’s why we stay involved after placement, supporting onboarding and integration to make sure the hire thrives. If a placement genuinely doesn’t work out within the agreed period, we’ll replace them at no additional cost.
How do you ensure cultural fit?
We spend time at the start understanding your values, leadership style, and team dynamics. Then we communicate that clearly to candidates through video introductions and deep-dive conversations. It’s not about cloning personality types; it’s about finding people who share your values and can grow within your environment.
What are your fees?
We operate mainly through our Recruitment-as-a-Service model, a predictable monthly subscription that replaces traditional 20 percent fees. For one-off hires, our fee is 20 percent of the first-year salary on an exclusive basis. Either way, you get a quality-driven, transparent process designed to save you both time and long-term cost.
Do you work internationally?
Yes. Our systems and processes are fully remote-capable, and we’ve successfully supported clients and candidates across multiple countries. The key factor isn’t location; it’s partnership and alignment.
